Governance and Management
The Governance structure of the Institute is set out in the Articles of Association. A Board of Directors appointed by the Minister for Education and Science governs the Institute.
Management of the Institute is the responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer, supported by the Senior Management Team.
The work of the Institute is carried out by three Specialist Departments: Information and Communications Technology; Rural Development and Business Development. The Corporate Affairs Department and Department of Development and Academic Affairs provide support to the work of the specialist departments and deliver a wide range of high quality services to both internal and external clients of the Institute.
