Developing Human Potential Programmes
Inspire
Today’s workplace demands that we have more effective personal skills. We have moved from the era of technology into a fast-paced Information Age. This places tremendous demand on people to be able to adapt and effectively manage change. Ultimately, this challenges us to be the best that we can be and develop our own set of personal skills. The abilities to communicate, be flexible and relate to others are all essential workplace skills. Inspire is a part time programme which aims to help participants develop their life skills and computer competency.
Inspire is designed and delivered by the Centre for Developing Human Potential. It was introduced as a pilot programme in 2007 and to date over 250 participants have taken part in the training. Due to its success, 2 Inspire programmes are now scheduled for the 2008/09 academic year.
