Programme Aims:
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the new technology of change, achievement and excellence. Programme Structure:
The material is delivered through presentations and demonstration, before using the tools and techniques yourself. After that there is a lively Q&A session where you have the opportunity to hear about the experiences of others and through questions seek to deepen your knowledge. Throughout the training you really discover the power of NLP by practicing what you have learnt, thus focusing on honing your skills.
The programme is conducted over 8 days. Participants will have access to a manual on NLP to support their learning. It leads to practitioner level certification by the Society of NLP. Certification is given for full participation in the course and some manageable tasks to be completed outside the training room.

Tutor:
Julie Silfverberg has been working with NLP since 1995 in Finland, UK, USA & here in Ireland with individuals, business and organisations. The amazing thing about NLP, she says, is that it affects change so easily and effortlessly as quickly or slowly as is desired. She has seen first hand its transformational power and finds it awe inspiring. It is this transformational power that she finds so exciting – enabling others to discover what makes them tick and then for them to go on and use the skills to influence people – just like dropping a stone into water, the ripples and reverberations go on and on. The reverberations are felt across a wide range of different fields – personal, business, health, wealth and sport – enabling the participants to perform and achieve more than they had ever thought possible. She is a Certified Trainer NLP & Certified Master Trainer Time Line Therapy and is a Certified Instructor in Hypnosis.
