Programme Structure:
Week 1
Introduction to the Programme
Vitality Assessment and choosing the area(s) of your life/business to focus on for the duration of the programme.
Being Present – Creating Time And Space and the ability to focus on and fully experience what is in you and around you at the very moment it is happening.
Embracing Change: - The ability to understand that change is innate and to welcome it, trust it and enjoy the journey.
Week 2
Brief recap and time for questions on previous week’s work.
Uncomplicate Your Life – Digging out, scaling back and restructuring your life to support your very best self. Remaining buoyant requires that we are not weighed down by a lifestyle that doesn’t suit who we are, but rather lifted up by a lifestyle that is a reflection of the best you can be.
Invest In Your Self Care: A commitment to do and care for yourself in such a way that you consistently nourish your body, mind and soul.
Week 3
Build Reserves - Having more than enough of something. So much so that the thought of, fear of, or aggravation from not having enough leaves you entirely and frees you up to be your best self.
Week 4
Brief recap and time for questions on previous week’s work.
Create A Healthy Community – Knowing where we stand with the people in our lives and having effective skills to operate within that community in such a way that we can be the best and truest version of ourselves.
Freeing Yourself - Personal Freedom is imperative to regaining vitality! Where do you get your energy? Adrenaline? Drama? Obligation? Worry? What is it costing you?
Week 5:
Brief recap and time for questions on previous week’s work.
Freeing Yourself From Attachments: Attachments are outcomes, beliefs, ideas, and places; things we would hate to lose.
Week 6:
Brief recap and time for questions on previous week’s work.
Freeing Yourself From Your Drivers –Drivers are things we did not get enough of somewhere along the path of our lives and we are driven to fill the void in a way that has significant cost and a detrimental impact to our vitality.
Week 7:
Brief recap and time for questions on previous week’s work.
Congruency - When we remain consistent with what we say we want, and what is important to us (walk our talk) we are being congruent. There is no greater source of vitality.
Get congruent with what ignites the best within you – Ignitors are what we do or a way we choose to be that comes from the core of who we are and ignites a sense of feeling fully alive, which in turn pulls us towards being the very best we can be
Week 8:
Brief recap and time for questions on previous week’s work.
